BIXOLON Europe GmbH, a subsidiary of BIXOLON Co. Ltd, has announced the appointment of Paul Kim as the new Managing Director, effective July 1, 2025. Kim will be replacing Jay Kim, who has held the position since 2021.
Paul Kim brings over 22 years of global sales experience in the technology and printing solutions industry to his new role. He previously served as the President of BIXOLON America Inc., where he successfully implemented business transformation initiatives in the US market.
In his new role, Paul Kim will be responsible for overseeing BIXOLON’s operations, sales, technical, and marketing activities across Europe. He will also be in charge of driving the company’s strategic direction, expanding its market presence, and strengthening relationships with key partners and customers in the region.
“My extensive experience at BIXOLON has given me a global sales overview that I can now bring to the European market to better understand our customers, partners, and colleagues,” says Paul Kim. “BIXOLON is a company that holds more value than the market often recognizes. Jay Kim, the outgoing Managing Director, has led the company’s European operations since 2021. During his tenure, he has successfully stabilized the organization and expanded BIXOLON’s sales reach, contributing to the company’s strong channel business across Europe.
