Unique Senior Care Expands Dementia Care Support Following 100% Family Satisfaction

After achieving perfect client satisfaction in key areas across the Midlands, Unique Senior Care has unveiled a new set of dementia support resources to further strengthen family and community care.

The home care provider, recognised nationally for its award-winning standards, recorded exceptional Q3 results in regions including Coventry and Solihull. Families praised carers for their compassion, consistency, and professionalism.

“Our teams are trained to support not just the practical side of care, but the emotional reality of living with dementia, for both the person and their family.”

The company’s newly launched dementia support bundle includes free memory cafés across Warwickshire and the West Midlands, a video guide series focused on daily dementia care tips as well as new print and online resources designed to support carers and families tackling the challenges of memory loss and cognitive decline.

The rollout reflects Unique Senior Care’s continuing mission to champion person-centred care and strengthen local collaboration. The new materials are being shared through regional partners, community care networks, and the company’s online advice hub.

Survey feedback highlighted the importance of empathy and emotional reassurance. Families repeatedly referred to the organisation as “a second family”, with one respondent sharing: “The carers understand my husband’s dementia better than anyone else we’ve met,” alongside comments such as: “Mum trusts them more than she trusts me now,” and “It’s like having a second family.”
