Meier brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously served as CFO and Management Board member of global technology companies.
Meier’s impressive track record includes successfully leading operational business transformation at companies such as DKV Mobility, a leading European B2B platform for on-the-road payments and solutions. He has also held group CFO roles at HERE Technologies, KUONI Group, and Sulzer LTD.
In his new role, Meier will be responsible for leading the finance function, optimizing Infinigate’s financial assets, and supporting the company’s M&A agenda. He will also play a key role in the company’s ambitious growth strategy, helping to shape its next generation operating platform and ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
