Charge-M8 (https://charge-m8.com) has formalised a strategic partnership with Nemiah (https://nemiah.uk) to jointly develop a dedicated version of its cosmOS platform (https://cosmos.energy) for deployment across Charge-M8’s operating regions including the UK, EU, North America and Australasia.
The enhanced platform will embed Charge-M8’s Libra Dynamic Load Balancer (https://charge-m8.com/products-libra/) to allow seamless coordination between EV charging activity and wider building control systems.
The collaboration merges Charge-M8’s smart EV charging expertise, supported by OCPP integrations, with Nemiah’s capability in IoT-enabled smart-building technologies and live-energy intelligence.
Together, the organisations will introduce a unified system that synchronises EV charging demand with building-level energy usage, offering decision-makers accurate, real-time data to support operational strategy.
Libra will continue to function as the primary solution for EV load-management. Its integration with cosmOS introduces a scalable smart-building platform that captures site-wide energy and environmental data. cosmOS, recently recognised with the GM LINK innovation award, uses IoT devices and system integrations to provide detailed monitoring of carbon output, consumption patterns and asset performance.
The integration establishes EV charging as part of a single intelligent infrastructure ecosystem with AI-supported analysis, optimisation, and predictive system alerts.
Rollout will begin across Charge-M8’s commercial territories, including regions where it currently serves major automotive groups and enterprise organisations such as Volkswagen Group, Rolls-Royce, Audi, BYD, JLR and multiple dealership networks.
