“Marking the End of 2025, Knus Shows Gratitude Towards Volunteers for a Year of Exponential Growth”

London, UK – knus, a peer-support organisation, is closing out 2025 with a message of gratitude and appreciation for its volunteers. The organization has seen steady growth and formed new partnerships throughout the year, and is now in the early stages of a major digital launch.

One of the most significant developments for knus has been the beta testing of its new app, which will be available on both Apple and Android devices. The app will bring together chat, telephone, and video support in one convenient platform, making it easier for people to book support and for volunteers to manage their availability. The full launch is planned for the end of January 2026, and knus is currently inviting volunteers and members of the public to participate in the beta testing.

In addition to the app, knus has also completed two accelerator programmes this year, the Hatch Enterprise Accelerator and the School of Social Entrepreneurs Accelerator. These programmes have helped strengthen the organization’s foundations and prepare for its next phase of growth.

Looking ahead to the start of 2026, knus has secured a spot on Hatch Enterprise’s Sales to Scale UBS Deep Dive programme, supported by UBS Bank. This programme, which begins in early January, will provide support to knus as it focuses on sustainable growth and widening access to its services.

The knus community has grown significantly in the past year, with 210 new volunteers joining in peer support and administrative roles. The organization has also welcomed several new ambassadors who have helped raise awareness of its work. Thanks to grant funding and fundraising efforts, knus has been able to improve its training and social platforms, bringing more of this work in-house.

Looking ahead to 2026, knus plans to focus on launching the app after completing final testing, improving volunteer benefits, expanding fundraising activities, and building closer partnerships with businesses to extend its reach.

It’s important to note that knus is entirely volunteer-led and fully bootstrapped, with no paid roles. Every service, platform, and initiative exists because of the dedicated volunteers who choose to give their time and care to support others.

As knus moves into 2026, it does so with gratitude for its volunteers and confidence in the year ahead. The organization remains committed to its mission of making support more accessible through human connection and community-led care.
