SHORE, the Scottish Seaweed Company, have won two gold awards at this year’s Quality Food Awards. Their products, Chilli Ramen Broth and Sweet Sriracha Seaweed Chips, won in the Vegan Store Cupboard and Vegan Snacking categories respectively. This marks a successful end to a multi-award winning year for the brand.
The Chilli Ramen Broth is a plant-based, Asian-inspired liquid Broth made from all-natural ingredients, including sustainably harvested Scottish seaweed. This has already won a 2-star Great Taste badge, and offers a healthier and more convenient way to enjoy a high-quality ramen experience at home. The Sweet Sriracha Seaweed Chips are available in Sainsbury’s and Co-op stores across Scotland, and throughout the UK in Holland & Barrett.
“We are delighted by this double win at the Great British Food Awards,” said Keith Paterson, head of SHORE. “It is a great endorsement of the quality of our products, and all the hard work from the team that has gone into creating them.”
