Talogy Welcomes New CEO to Lead the Next Phase of Growth
Talogy, a leading talent assessment and development company, announced the appointment of Russ Becker as its new Chief Executive Officer. Becker brings over 20 years of experience in the talent and human capital management markets, with a proven track record of success and extensive knowledge in the industry.
Becker’s appointment comes as Talogy continues its transformative journey to create a cohesive and market-leading talent solutions brand. He succeeds Steve Tapp, who has been instrumental in leading Talogy through this journey and will continue to serve as a Special Advisor to the Talogy Board of Directors during the transition.
Prior to joining Talogy, Becker served as the Co-CEO of GP Strategies, a prominent provider of talent transformation and learning and development solutions. He also held senior leadership positions at AchieveForum, which was later acquired by global talent consulting firm Korn Ferry, and TalentPlus. Becker began his career in talent management at Kenexa Corporation, where he rose to the position of Global Head of Assessment and Executive Vice President of Sales before the company was acquired by IBM.
In his new role, Becker will be responsible for leading Talogy’s ambition to become the global market leader in creating “talent-focused, people-driven” assessment and development solutions. “I am delighted to accept the role of Chief Executive Officer at Talogy,” said Becker. “I am excited to help propel the organization to new heights and continue to support our global customers with innovative talent solutions.”
