Legacy Youth Zone Croydon is proud to announce a new initiative aimed at empowering young people to explore careers in health and beauty while promoting self-care and wellbeing. This initiative is a result of a successful partnership with Nails By Mets and is set to launch on Thursday, November 14th, 2024.
Legacy Youth Zone is a dynamic and supportive environment dedicated to fostering the growth, wellbeing, and development of young people. Through hands-on career experiences and a variety of programs, including creative arts, sports, and mental health support, we strive to help youth unlock their full potential.
To support this initiative, we are seeking donations of new or gently used nail care supplies from the community, local businesses, and organisations. These supplies will be used to create a dedicated space for beauty and nail care at Legacy Youth Zone, where young people can gain valuable skills and insights into the beauty industry.
“We are excited to provide young people with the opportunity to explore their passions and gain hands-on experience in the beauty industry,” says Legacy Youth Zone CEO, Sarah Jones. “By offering training in professional techniques and encouraging self-care practices, we hope to equip young people with the skills and confidence they need to pursue careers in health and beauty.”

– Aprons
– Nail Files
– Top coat / Base coat
– Cuticle Oil
– Lotions
– Nail Art Brushes and Dotting Tools
– Drying Lamp/Fan
– Nails Wipes/Cotton Pads
– Hand Wash and Sanitisers
– Any furniture (chairs, stools, nail lamps, trolleys)
