ACG Group, a full-service global investment group, has announced the successful arrangement of the second issuance under its €300 million CreditHarbor Note Programme. The €12.5 million note issuance is dedicated to the reacquisition financing of a company in the digital media sector.
The EMTN notes, with a 12.5% yield and 5-year maturity, offer a fixed coupon and quarterly principal amortization of 3.125%. These notes are eligible for both Euroclear and Clearstream.
