Nicola has been with Solutions for over 10 years, joining the company when they acquired BluebirdCRM where she had been working since the age of 17. Her natural sales talent was evident early on, as she won ‘Young Employee of the Year’ at the East Staffordshire Business Awards in 2010.
In her time at Solutions, Nicola has become an expert in promoting and selling Act! CRM, Sage CRM, and Salesforce products. She has also played a significant role in shaping the company’s approach, values, and direction towards sales.
Her dedication and hard work have not gone unnoticed, and she was promoted to Head of Sales two years ago, after returning from maternity leave. In her new role, Nicola will continue to support and grow the sales team, while also overseeing company-wide sales strategies.
Nicola’s promotion is a significant milestone for Solutions as she becomes the first female director at the company. This achievement further highlights the talented women within the organization and their contributions to its success.
