A Data Led Executive Search Solution has been Launched for the Membership Sector

Membership Bespoke, a UK-based recruitment firm specialising in membership employment, have launched their Executive Search division. This move sees the firm expand its expertise in the sector, introducing an evaluation platform, data-led assessment approach and a new Head of Executive Search.

Ben Spragg has been appointed as the Head of Executive Search, bringing 25+ years of recruitment experience to the role. On the launch, Spragg commented: “The world is evolving and with it comes new technologies and exciting opportunities to evolve the talent acquisition process. We’re embracing that as we launch Executive Search. Whilst technology doesn’t replace the human element of recruitment, it does make the process run a lot smoother.”

The new platform, Membership Leaders, is tailored to the membership sector and allows stakeholders to view candidates’ CVs, executive summaries, McQuaig Assessment Results and Key Competency Benchmarking reports. The team have already begun working with two national associations in their pursuit of a new Managing Director and CEO roles.

Membership Bespoke, renowned for their portfolio of clients including the British Veterinary Association (BVA), Electrical Contractors Association (ECA), CIPR and Mensa, look forward to the next chapter of their journey with the launch of their Executive Search division.
