Appleton Greene & Co Introduce Process Re-engineering as a Corporate Training Program

Organizations are made up of people, processes and tools. To remain competitive in the market, it is important to regularly review and re-engineer processes in order to gain an advantage in terms of time, labour or cost. A new training program has been launched, focusing on improving the processes within an organization to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.

The program will cover various strategies and tactics to optimize efficiency and cost, such as streamlining, automating, outsourcing and eliminating processes. It will also look at segmentation, root cause analysis and needs analysis, as well as the decision-making and number-crunching that is required to implement new processes.
