This year, the Friends of Loch Lomond and The Trossachs will be holding a Christmas Concert at the Ross Priory, Gartocharn, on Sunday 26th November.
The Rannoch Trio will be headlining the event, having first met as members of the BBC Scottish Orchestra. There will also be an appearance from Maggie Irving, a talented wood turner from Rosneath, who will be displaying some of the beautiful objects she creates from heritage wood. The proceeds of some of her work will be going towards the fund-raising efforts of the volunteers restoring the Loch Lomond paddle steamer Maid of The Loch.
The unique objects each come with a provenance certificate, making them an ideal Christmas present.
Tickets for the event are priced at £20 each and can be purchased via email, phone or the Friends online shop. Bookings must be made no later than Thursday 23rd November.
At the event, guests can enjoy the music, mulled wine and mince pies, all while supporting the Maid of The Loch and the Friends.
