BIXOLON Launches Industry-Leading POS Printer, the SRP-380plus, in Global and European Markets

This innovative solution has been made available to BIXOLON’s headquarters and European sales regions, solidifying their position as a leading provider of receipt, label, and mobile printers.
The SRP-380plus boasts impressive printing capabilities, with a top speed of 500 mm per second and the option for 180 dpi or 203 dpi print resolution. The printer also offers control over graphic quality through grey scale and dithering, ensuring crisp and clear prints every time. Additionally, the SRP-380plus is designed for high print reliability, with a 70 Million Lines (MCBF) TPH and 3 million cut Auto Cutter, making it ideal for even the most demanding printing environments.
One of the main features of the SRP-380plus is its flexibility and adaptability to different industries. In retail and hospitality, the printer can handle high-volume printing during peak sale times, while in transportation, its high reliability allows for consistent, high-quality printing on demand.

The SRP-380plus has been designed with space-saving in mind and can be used for stand-alone or vertical printing. It also features well-organized cable management and an accompanying cable cover. The printer comes with an All-In-One-Plus™ Interface as standard, including USB 2.0 FS + Ethernet, with optional upgrades such as USB + Ethernet + Serial, Dual Serial, Parallel, WLAN, Bluetooth® or Powered USB.
The SRP-380plus also includes mechanical switches for sensing the Paper End and Paper Near End for Blue Receipt printing, with BIXOLON’s Visibility Intelligence™ function that automatically detects the paper type and optimizes print quality. The printer also offers a paper saving mode, reducing paper usage by up to 25% per roll with three compression levels through a Unified POS Utility. It also supports BIXOLON XPM™ printer management software, making integration, administration, and management across a printing estate simple and efficient. The printer comes with a standard two-year warranty.
