Path To Wellbeing, led by the esteemed Nicola Court, marks its 24th year of excellence, charting a journey from personal trials to becoming a leading advocate for holistic health, particularly in addressing women’s health and fertility issues.
The inception of Nicola Court’s healing career was in 1997 as a photographer, which took an unexpected detour due to redundancy in 2000, leading her to discover a newfound passion for complementary therapies. Starting with massage therapy courses at Harlow College during evening sessions, Nicola laid the groundwork for what would become a comprehensive healing practice.
Nicola’s pursuit of expertise led her to complete a degree in Traditional Chinese acupuncture at LCTA College, endorsed by Portsmouth University, graduating in 2007. Her practice has since focused on alleviating a wide range of health issues, with a special emphasis on women’s health.
To broaden her holistic approach, Nicola obtained a Masters in Traditional Herbal Medicine from Westminster University in 2016, enriching her therapeutic arsenal. Her personal experiences, including the challenge of living with dyscalculia, have motivated her to advocate for those underserved by traditional healthcare.
Nicola Court has emerged as a prominent figure in women’s health, striving to provide care that harmonizes emotional and physical healing. Her work has significantly impacted many lives, as reflected in the positive feedback from her clients.
Entering the 24th year of her practice, Nicola is preparing to launch an innovative line of Chinese Medicine products designed to aid women suffering from period pains, further emphasizing her dedication to holistic health.
Nicola Court expresses her philosophy: “My hope is to be a stable force in the uncertainty and insecurities of life’s emotional rollercoaster. I strongly believe that couples are pushed down the IVF route often unnecessarily. They don’t have the correct tests or assessments done to find out what is really causing the issues. Let’s not forget that male factor can account for up to 30% of fertility issues. Often, if you can address the diet, lifestyle, stress levels, and potential underlying hormonal imbalances, then natural conception is possible!”
Echoing Nicola’s influence, one client remarked: “You actually played a big part in changing my life to be fair. I think of you often when I consider excellent health care professionals. You were a role model for doing it right.”
Path To Wellbeing invites individuals to experience the transformative power of holistic wellness and join the movement towards a more empathetic healthcare approach.
