CMD Recruitment has unveiled a new LinkedIn group tailored to HR professionals across the South West who are currently in search of fresh employment opportunities.
The new community has been set up to act as a free and convenient hub where HR specialists can find vacancy listings, industry updates and market commentary during a period of increasing change within the employment sector.
Managed directly by CMD Recruitment, the group will feature a weekly selection of HR job openings drawn from organisations throughout the region.
The aim is to bring together a wide range of opportunities in one accessible place, helping jobseekers save time and maintain complete visibility over the local market.
Dan Barfoot, Operations Manager at CMD Recruitment and a veteran of more than 20 years in recruitment, said HR practitioners often face specific challenges when transitioning between roles.
“HR people who find themselves out of work often struggle with being on the other side of things.We decided to create a group where we can use some of the tools available to us to share a weekly list of all HR jobs across the South West.
“We work closely with many HR professionals, and this initiative may help members stay informed about the market and identify opportunities, whether they are at the beginning of their HR journey or progressing their careers.”
Beyond job listings, the group will also distribute monthly HR labour statistics to help members stay aligned with broader developments affecting the profession.
These updates will include forward-looking indicators such as anticipated implications of the Employment Charter, alongside other local employment metrics.
Membership is open to HR professionals at any stage of their career, as well as individuals who want a clearer understanding of changing employment dynamics.
