The new integration with Microsoft Teams will bring LinkedIn campaign responses directly into the familiar Teams environment, allowing for faster and more efficient response management. This integration is available for all Dux-Soup Turbo and Cloud subscriptions. When a prospect responds to an outreach message, the response will automatically be routed to the relevant Teams channel. From there, collaborators on that channel can reply directly, qualify prospects, and manage campaigns without needing to open LinkedIn.

In addition to the Microsoft Teams integration, Dux-Soup has also upgraded its Cloud Agency Dashboard, providing agencies with better oversight and management of multiple LinkedIn accounts and client campaigns. The updated dashboard includes features such as quick onboarding of multiple client accounts, advanced filtering for campaign analysis, and a Unified Inbox for a single view of all campaign replies.
