With an impressive background in telecoms and technology, Eddie brings extensive knowledge, experience, and leadership to this role. His appointment will play a crucial role in driving Sekura.id’s growth and strategic vision, showcasing the company’s commitment to attracting top talent and reinforcing its position as an industry leader.
With 30 years of experience in organisational leadership, technology sales, business development, and the establishment of key strategic relationships, Eddie possesses deep technical expertise that can be leveraged globally to explore new markets and establish lasting brand awareness. Eddie’s expertise extends to multimillion-dollar deals, acquisitions, and collaboration with international organisations. He was a founding member of the GSMA Future Networks Leadership Committee and the author of the OpenRCS initiative.
Before joining Sekura.id, Eddie served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development (Enterprise Connect) at Mavenir Inc., where he played a pivotal role in launching the Enterprise Connect Business Unit. He led global business development for the unit’s new SaaS services. Eddie has also held senior leadership positions at LivePerson Inc., Tyntec Inc., Iris Wireless, and Verisign.
Eddie is widely recognised as one of the leading global industry experts in messaging, customer engagement, SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, conversational AI/commerce, and Mobile Identity. His extensive experience in the global telecommunications markets, including North America and large multinational operator groups, adds significant value to Sekura.id.
