The global furniture sector, ending 2023 with a substantial $740 billion, is set for a notable rendezvous at the International Istanbul Furniture Fair, scheduled from 23rd to 28th January. This event, renowned for its traditional and prestigious status in the industry, is expected to attract 200,000 professionals from around the world.
The worldwide furniture industry is converging at the International Istanbul Furniture Fair (IIFF2024), set to occur from 23rd to 28th January. This prestigious event, a collaborative initiative between TUYAP Fair Organisation Group and Mos Fair Organisation, with support from the Furniture Associations Federation (MOSFED), is expected to host 200,000 professionals from 200 countries. Over a thousand companies, showcasing 3,000 brands, will be present at the TUYAP Fair and Congress Center and Istanbul Fair Center.
As a significant event in the furniture industry, the fair, themed “Visit Istanbul, Experience Istanbul,” is committed to presenting the latest 2024 designs across different product categories to its attendees.

According to ResearchAndMarkets’ data, the global furniture market, which concluded 2023 with $739.44 billion, is forecasted to reach $935.9 billion by 2027. Türkiye, with an annual production figure of $12 billion, is set to welcome its international partners. The IIFF will feature a range of furniture, including modern modular, luxury, beds and bases, baby and children’s, youth room, garden, office-school furniture, and accessories.
IIFF2024, extending over six days, will organise its exhibition halls at the Istanbul Fair Center and Tuyap Fair and Congress Center, categorising them by product groups. This approach will provide visitors with an opportunity to explore a comprehensive range of products. The fair also aims to create a dynamic setting conducive to forming new business relationships.
