HSAT, a crop intelligence technology leader, is delighted to announce the appointment of Peter White as Senior Advisor to support the company’s ongoing growth and product development initiatives.
Peter brings over 30 years of experience in technology, data, and AI/ML to this new role, having previously worked with globally renowned firms such as HSBC, Goldman Sachs, and KPMG.
Peter began his career at UBS, later joining Goldman Sachs, where he served as an electronic trading quant, designing models for automating asset pricing and managing risk in high-frequency trading.
In his most recent role at HSBC, Peter was Director of Analytics, leading teams to harness large-scale data for business performance. Before that, at KPMG, he utilised AI to detect risks in trading activities.
At HSAT, Peter will apply his wealth of experience to drive the company’s product strategy and scale its operations to meet the rising demand for advanced predictive models. His focus will include HSAT’s CropGPT platform and initiatives like automating data pipelines, and ensuring robust model, data, and code verification processes.
