“Ibiza in the Sky” utilizes a crane to elevate a special platform with 22 guests and staff, offering a unique and unforgettable dining experience above the clear skies of Ibiza. This pop-up event will take place from July 5th to August 31st, with flights available from 6 PM to 2 AM. The first option, “Tapas in the Sky,” is a one-hour experience that includes a welcome cocktail, a soft drink, and a menu of six creative tapas dishes. For those seeking a more comprehensive dining experience, “Dinner in the Sky” offers a four-course bistronomy menu, complete with a welcome cocktail, soft drink, and a duration of one and a half hours. Guests can also upgrade to the premium menu, featuring caviar and truffles, for an extra touch of luxury.
The third option, “DJ & Cocktails in the Sky,” will treat guests to an intimate DJ set while enjoying signature cocktails. The experience includes a welcome cocktail and two mixology cocktails, with a total duration of 60 minutes.
