JOINRS has successfully closed a €1.7 million investment round.

Joinrs, a new AI-based job board, has recently announced the completion of its latest round of investment, totaling 1.7 million Euros. This funding will be used for the acceleration and internationalization of Joinrs, which has already gained a community of over 650,000 users. The startup aims to connect university students and junior profiles with big corporations, providing them with a step closer to the world of work.

The success of Joinrs in receiving this investment is largely due to their impressive performance at the Web Summit 2023 in Lisbon, where they were named one of the top 10 best startups in the world. Their video pitch at the summit can be viewed here.

In addition to expanding their global presence, Joinrs plans to continue investing in their AI tool, which has proven to be a “game changer” in the job market. This tool has generated a 125% increase in candidates for job offers and has allowed the community of over 650,000 users to directly connect with top corporations in their search for talent acquisition and employer branding strategies.

Joinrs will further their growth by opening new offices across Europe and hiring new team members, bringing in additional resources for the company.

Gabriele Giugliano, co-founder and CEO of Joinrs, stated, “Our objective is to make Joinrs the primary solution and point of reference for new students and graduates as they begin their careers. With the recent funding, we intend to solidify this position at an international level. In just a few months, we have attracted over 150,000 new users. We are determined to continue growing our platform and community by improving and streamlining the process for users to enter the workforce and allowing corporations to find the best junior talent.”
