LHP has appointed Fortem to deliver its Decent Homes programme.

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) have appointed Fortem to deliver planned improvements to its homes, worth up to £150m over 10 years. Works included in the Decent Homes programme will benefit circa 12,000 properties in the north-east and south Lincolnshire areas.

Murray Macdonald, Chief Executive Officer at LHP said, “We are excited to embark on this partnership with Fortem. Through consultations with our residents, we are confident that this collaboration will yield significant benefits, enhancing their living conditions and contributing to a more sustainable future.”

Mike Hart, Executive Chairman at Fortem added, “We’re delighted to be partnering with Lincolnshire Housing Partnership to upgrade their stock to Decent Homes standard. We will work collaboratively with local supply chain partners to deliver an efficient, high-quality scheme of work that will produce long term benefits for LHP’s residents.”
