Tech leader Pip White joins Mindset AI as independent Non-Executive Director
On Tuesday 3 June 2025, Mindset AI, an embeddable AI agent platform, made an exciting announcement regarding its latest addition to the team. Pip White, a seasoned technology executive with over two decades of experience, has been appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director, effective immediately.
This news comes on the heels of Mindset AI’s recent £4.3 million funding round, which was jointly led by Edge VC and Pembroke VCT, with participation from existing investors including seed backer Mercia Ventures.
White brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the board, having held senior roles at top global SaaS and enterprise technology companies such as The Access Group, Salesforce, Google Cloud, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Her experience includes leading commercial operations, driving growth, and overseeing multi-region sales strategy and go-to-market execution.
Most recently, White served as the SVP & GM of Slack EMEA at Salesforce, where she played a crucial role in integrating Slack post-acquisition and unlocking new revenue streams across the region. She also led global sales operations at The Access Group prior to joining Mindset AI.
In addition to her executive career, White is actively involved in supporting innovation and leadership in the broader tech ecosystem. She serves on the boards of Pavilion, techUK, and Boardwave.
