German WPC Specialist Naturinform Expands International Business with New Director of International Business Development

Redwitz a.d. Rodach – Naturinform, a leading German company in the Wood-Polymer-Composite (WPC) industry, has announced the appointment of Edward Robinson as their new Director of International Business Development. The company aims to strengthen its presence in the global market and increase its export business with this strategic move. Robinson, a native of England, brings nearly 20 years of experience in the European composites industry to Naturinform, having previously held the same leading position at UPM-Profi.

“With our sustainable wood composite material profiles gaining popularity worldwide, we see tremendous opportunities for growth in the global market. The overwhelming interest shown by international visitors in our products at the world’s leading trade fair BAU in January further confirms this. With the addition of Edward Robinson to our team, we have acquired a proven expert who will help us expand our export activities,” says Horst Walther, Managing Partner of Naturinform.

To complement Robinson’s expertise, Yves Houbrechts has also joined the team as the Sales Manager for the Netherlands and Belgium region. Houbrechts brings a wealth of experience in the composite materials market and will play a crucial role in strengthening Naturinform’s presence in these key markets.

According to Walther, internationalization is a key strategy for the future growth of the company: “By integrating UPM products and expanding our own product series for co-extruded decking boards, we are laying the foundation for solidifying our position in the international market and exploring new business opportunities.”

Managing Director Pia Hobeck emphasizes the importance of innovation, product diversity, and sustainability in the company’s strategy: “As a leading provider of WPC solutions with environmentally-friendly and versatile products, we are committed to inspiring foreign markets and achieving long-term growth.”
