ARC Stockton will host the gala launch of a thrilling new documentary on 6 November 2025, as 3 Peaks 3 Pots makes its first appearance during the Tees Valley International Film Festival.
Directed by celebrated British filmmaker Paul Suggitt, the documentary charts the dramatic quest of John Beamson—The CEO Adventurer—who embarks on a punishing challenge: summiting three of Yorkshire’s legendary peaks and descending into three of its deepest potholes, all in a relentless single journey.
The result is a film that pairs stunning scenery and underground footage with an intimate portrait of physical endurance and psychological strength. Exploring leadership, grit, and personal transformation, the story resonates as both an adventure tale and a reflection on resilience.
“This isn’t just about adventure for adventure’s sake,” said John Beamson. “It’s about testing yourself in ways most people never will, in the dark, in the cold, when your body says stop but your mind has to find a reason to carry on. That’s where real growth happens.”
Filmed across the Yorkshire Dales, the production includes striking cave sequences and behind-the-scenes insights, revealing the preparation needed for such an unyielding expedition.
Festival organisers have already described it as one of 2025’s most anticipated premieres, bringing global attention to Tees Valley’s cultural stage.
