Paseda360 Recognised Once Again as Finalist in Prestigious UK StartUp Awards

Chichester-based training and coaching provider Paseda360 has been named a finalist in the Education & Training StartUp of the Year category at the 2025 UK StartUp Awards Regional Finals.

Launched in 2022 by multi-award-winning coach and entrepreneur Angela Cox, Paseda360 has quickly made waves in the industry with its unique blend of coaching, psychology, and therapeutic disciplines. Its mission? To transform the way coaching is delivered and experienced.

In under three years, the company has successfully trained over 100 coaches and has supported hundreds of leaders through its Human-Centric Leadership model — delivered via a series of accredited programmes and the dynamic Coach Club.

Unlike traditional training models, Paseda360’s approach is rooted in depth, structure, and relevance for today’s world. Its content challenges outdated norms, offering a forward-looking toolkit designed for lasting impact.

From newcomers to coaching to experienced professionals seeking a new perspective, Paseda360’s ethos centres around giving people and organisations the resources they need to drive authentic, sustainable change.

Founder Angela Cox commented on the award recognition:
‘’Being shortlisted for this award is a proud moment for our team and clients, but for me, it’s a reflection of the impact we’re making.
Paseda360 isn’t just a training provider, we set out on a mission to reshape what it means to be a coach. To ensure coaches are equipped for the challenges that lie ahead as people come to terms with the impact of AI and what that means for their identity.”

She added: “We teach people how to show up fully, hold space with confidence, and stop hiding behind the masks that keep them stuck. Our growth has been fuelled by a community of brilliant humans who are ready to do the work — and it’s an honour to be recognised for that.”

The business’s influence continues to grow beyond training, as it also hosts the Future of Coaching Conference and founded the National Coaching Awards, further strengthening its role in driving industry standards forward.

The UK StartUp Awards, now in its fourth year, recognises the achievements of new businesses across the country. Regional finalists will be announced later this spring, ahead of the grand national final at Ideas Fest in Hertfordshire this September.

After winning The Rising Star StartUp Award in 2023 and being a finalist in the Education & Training category last year, this latest nomination underlines Paseda360’s ongoing rise as a leader in its field.
