Program The organization QA has announced plans to incorporate the Microsoft Copilot AI training into all of their apprenticeship programs.

QA Ltd, the UK’s leading tech skills and talent provider, has announced a groundbreaking partnership with Microsoft to empower the UK workforce with AI skills. The integration of Microsoft Copilot AI learning into every QA apprenticeship programme marks a significant step in preparing the UK workforce for an AI-driven future, across all sectors and not just tech.

Developed in collaboration with Microsoft, this initiative ensures that every apprentice, regardless of discipline, gains access to tailored Copilot training. This includes digital learning, live webinars, and hands-on experience, providing the best knowledge and skills in the most effective way for both apprentices and employers.

Moreover, this integration aligns with the UK Government’s AI Skills Action Plan and Microsoft’s Get On campaign, which aims to help 1.5 million people in the UK build careers in technology.

Chief Learning Officer at QA, Jo Bishenden, expressed her pride in embedding Microsoft Copilot learning across all programmes, stating, “This is about more than just tech skills – it’s about empowering every learner to thrive in an AI-enabled workplace and helping UK businesses stay ahead of the curve so that we can lead the world in AI.”

Jeroen Van Hilten, Global Partner Sales Executive at Microsoft, added, “Our partnership with QA reflects our shared mission to democratise effective leveraging of AI tools and build a future-ready workforce. By embedding Copilot into every apprenticeship, we’re ensuring learners across industries can harness AI responsibly and effectively.”

This development builds on QA’s market-leading AI and data apprenticeships, including new specialist programmes such as the Level 3 AI & Digital Support and Level 6 AI Engineer (based on Microsoft Azure AI Services). It also integrates with QA’s market-leading ‘ways of learning’, which includes digital content augmented by QA’s own AI learning assistant, Ela. In alignment with the EU AI Act, QA’s content promotes responsible AI use, transparency, and fairness, providing organizational peace of mind.
