High-level delegation from UK payments enabler, Guavapay, led by The Lord Mayor of London, Alderman Alastair King, recently completed a successful trade visit to the Gulf Region. The visit aimed to deepen UK-Gulf business ties and highlight Britain as a top destination for Emirati investment.
During the visit, Guavapay was recognized by the Lord Mayor as a prime example of the UK’s Fintech excellence, showcasing British innovation in digital payments and financial services on a global level. The delegation also reinforced the strong and growing relationship between the UK and the Gulf region, as demonstrated by the significant trade in goods and services between the two.
