Pearce is a well-respected industry leader and expert who has been recognized for his exceptional contributions to the investment industry. He has a strong track record as a trusted advisor to asset managers, pension funds, and insurance companies, having previously served as the founder and CEO of Daron Pearce Associates. Prior to that, Pearce was the EMEA CEO of BNY’s largest business unit and the global leader of their Financial Institutions Group, where he was responsible for establishing strong and mutually beneficial relationships with some of the world’s most demanding institutional investors.
