The acquisition is a strategic move for TeamSystem, as it looks to expand its portfolio of data solutions and strengthen its presence in Europe.
ClicData, founded in 2008 by Telmo Silva and Hélène Clary, offers an end-to-end platform for data management and reporting analytics. Its cloud-native technology allows over 500 customers in Europe and North America to integrate, transform, and visualize data from more than 250 different sources through interactive dashboards, predictive analytics, and AI-based features. In 2024, the company reported revenue of approximately €3.4 million.
The addition of ClicData’s platform to TeamSystem’s product offering will enhance its business intelligence (BI) services for its 2.5 million customers, mainly consisting of micro, small, and medium-sized businesses. By incorporating ClicData’s core strength of managing large data flows from different environments, TeamSystem will increase its technological capabilities in data analytics, solidifying its position as a preferred partner for SMEs and professionals in Italy, Europe, and the Mediterranean region.
TeamSystem’s customers will benefit from advanced AI-powered BI tools that support intelligent decision-making through integrated data, interactive dashboards, and automated insights. This will give them a competitive advantage in a dynamic and challenging business landscape.
