Originally from Strasbourg, France, Thomas has honed his culinary skills and style through various experiences in his home country before moving to London. He further refined his techniques and creativity at renowned establishments such as Hide and the Waterhouse Project. With a culinary style that is a fusion of influences from his travels and memories, Thomas is excited to bring his French roots to La Bibliothèque, influenced by the vibrant and diverse energy of London.
