Chilterns Neuro Centre Continues to Provide Exceptional Services According to Survey
On Tuesday, January 23rd, 2024, the Chilterns Neuro Centre, formerly known as the Chilterns MS Centre, released the results of their latest survey. The survey, which was distributed to members of the Centre, revealed that 98% of respondents would recommend the Centre to others with a neurological condition or their caregivers.
The Chilterns Neuro Centre offers a wide range of treatments and services, including physiotherapy and hydrotherapy, to individuals affected by conditions such as MS, Parkinson’s disease, and strokes. These services aim to help individuals manage their conditions and live life to the fullest. According to 94% of respondents, the services provided by the Chilterns Neuro Centre cannot be found elsewhere.
The survey also showed that 96% of respondents felt that the Centre helped them manage their symptoms at least most of the time. Additionally, a significant percentage of respondents reported that the Centre had a positive impact on their physical and mental health, with 91% and 90% respectively indicating improvement.
Richard Parkin, Chief Executive at the Chilterns Neuro Centre, expressed his pride in the Centre’s staff and volunteers for their hard work and dedication. Despite facing challenges such as increased membership, supporting more conditions during a cost of living crisis, and finding new sources of funding, the survey results reflect that members feel even more supported than before.
Many positive comments were received as part of the survey, including the following two from Centre members:
– “Everyone at the Centre is always so friendly and welcoming. All the staff, volunteers, and members make visiting the Centre a very good experience.”
– “Thanks to the Centre I am able to be part of a community and access five-star treatment with amazing understanding staff.”
Individuals with MS, Parkinson’s disease, or those who have experienced a stroke and feel they would benefit from the services offered by the Chilterns Neuro Centre are encouraged to contact the Centre at 01296 696133.
