On 18th August 2023, Company Registrations Online Ltd (CRO) became fully employee owned after transferring 100% of their shares into an Employee Ownership Trust. CRO, which is based in Manchester and Cardiff and is the UK’s leading Corporate Service Provider, will now benefit directly from the success of the company, creating a new culture of engagement and collaboration.
Phil Vibrans and Sam Lloyd, the outgoing shareholders, will continue to advise and support the business for the foreseeable future and will remain on the Board of Directors. CRO began life in 1993 as a sole trader becoming incorporated in 1999, and three decades later has become one of the UK’s leading corporate services providers, serving clients across the legal and accountancy sectors.
