eM Client, a Czech company, has announced the release of a new version of their popular email management application for Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS. The new version, eM Client 10, brings a host of new features and improvements, making it the most advanced version of the product to date.
The main highlight of the new version is the full integration of AI through ChatGPT. This integration allows users to write messages more efficiently and offers features such as text editing, shortening, lengthening, tone changing, proofreading, and summarizing. With this new feature, working with emails has become more efficient than ever before.
Another notable feature of eM Client 10 is the automatic sorting of inbox messages into categories. This feature, with its customizable options, helps users focus on important messages and filter out unnecessary ones.
The chat interface has also been redesigned to support modern group communication platforms such as MS Teams, Slack, and IceWarp TeamChat. These services are fully integrated into the application’s interface, making it easier for users to communicate with their teams.
The new “Quick Actions” feature allows users to create macros to automate common tasks, while the “Data Files” function enables working with external data files, including PST files. The search system has also been improved with support for complex queries and operators like NOT and OR. Other changes include a new design for conversations, synchronization of conversations for Exchange, Mentions, optional folder colors, custom colors for unread messages, and a quick preview of PDF attachments.
Version 10 of eM Client includes hundreds of other improvements and optimizations, many of which were implemented based on user feedback. The new version is currently available on Windows and macOS, with plans to gradually introduce the features to the mobile version.
With the release of version 10, eM Client is also changing its licensing system. It now offers a Personal license for individual use on up to three devices and a Business license for companies. Both licenses can also be used in an annual subscription mode. The terms for the free license remain unchanged.
