New Edition of Bestseller “Effective Modern Coaching” by Myles Downey Aims to Revive the Importance of Coaching in the Business World
Tuesday 9 April, 2024 – A new edition of the bestselling book “Effective Modern Coaching” by Myles Downey is set to be released on 25th April 2024. The book, which has sold more than 333,000 copies since its first publication in 1999, aims to revive the importance of coaching in the business world.
Downey, a renowned business coach, believes that coaching has lost its impact and is not as effective as it should be in delivering meaningful results. In this new edition, he presents his well-known and tested coaching frameworks – The Effective Modern Coaching Model and The GROW Model – but with adaptations to suit the current business environment. The goal of the book is to help coaches and leaders achieve results that will improve business performance.
