A leading European model agency has launched a luxury skincare brand.

MGM Models, one of Europe’s largest model agencies, has launched a new skincare line, MGM Cosmetics, becoming the first model agency in the world to do so. Developed in a renowned German laboratory, the skincare range has been designed to meet the high professional standards of its models and has already been used at the Paris Fashion Week.

The range is divided into three skincare lines, “Everday”, “Advanced” and “Supreme”, for different age groups, from 16 to 60 years old. It also includes the “Modelmask” which provides an instant effect for models before shows or shootings.

MGM Models CEO Marco Sinervo said: “The issue of skin health has been with me my entire career as a model agent, as models cannot have a bad skin. I have always been on the lookout for a good skincare product, and I have now had one developed myself. The high professional standards we set for a healthy and beautiful skin have now been met in this particularly effective and beneficial skincare series.”

The medical expert for MGM Cosmetics skincare, dermatologist Dr Anna Brandenburg, added: “MGM Cosmetics is an extremely effective and substantiated skincare concept with highly effective ingredients and the purest quality. The skin’s varying needs can be taken care of in an optimal way by the different series, which lead to maximum effect for the user.”

The products, which will initially be available online only, are priced between €38 and €180 (recommended retail price). They have already proved popular with models and influencers, with the agency boasting a total of more than 60 million followers on social media.

The launch event will take place this autumn in St Tropez and select specialist outlets and leading perfumeries.
