One of the key features of the BK5-31 is its versatility in terms of media thickness and width. It can support a media thickness of up to 0.20 mm and has selectable media widths of 83 / 80 / 60 / 58 / 20mm, making it suitable for a wide range of kiosk applications. This printer is ideal for printing tickets, wristbands, and labels, making it a valuable resource for custom self-service kiosk solutions. It can also be used for self-labelling kiosks, coupons or vouchers at casinos, parking tickets, and more.
The BK5-31 offers fast printing speeds of up to 150 mm/sec at 203 dpi, ensuring efficient and timely printing. It also features multi-position near-end sensors, allowing organisations to monitor the status of the paper it prints and minimise maintenance resources. The printer’s ability to operate in extreme environments, with temperatures ranging from -20 degrees Celsius to +60 degrees Celsius, makes it a reliable choice for any industry.
The BK5-31 is designed with user convenience in mind. It has a side open frame for easy media loading and power and reset switches located on both sides, allowing for easy mounting in compact spaces regardless of orientation. The printer also offers diverse connectivity options, including USB (B type or 4-pin connector), serial (9-pin male or 5-pin connector), and Power (DC Jack or 2-pin connector), facilitating easy integration and quick data transfer during printing.
