Cryptanium Fund I SP Launches New Digital Asset Hedge Fund

Cryptanium Fund I SP, a new digital asset hedge fund regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) and audited by a CIMA approved auditor, has been launched. The fund is managed by Cryptanium, a firm specializing in capital appreciation through deployment of trend-agnostic digital asset strategies, and its core focus is on governance, compliance and institutional investor due diligence.

Eugene Moshnin, co-founder and CIO at Cryptanium, said: “We are delighted to launch the Cryptanium Fund I SP. Given the increased scrutiny by investors, we have launched a fund that is regulated and subject to the high standards of risk management expected of institutional investors.”

The fund employs a unique investment approach, which involves exploiting market inefficiency through liquidity provision, market-making activities and arbitrage on chosen liquidity pools. It also utilises a proprietary research system to screen major DeFi protocols and blockchains for outstanding opportunities.

David Lloyd, Managing Director of CV5 Capital, the regulated platform manager, commented: “We are delighted to assist and support the launch of Cryptanium Fund I SP. CV5 Digital SPC continues to be a leader in its field for digital asset fund managers seeking to launch and manage digital asset funds. We wish Cryptanium all the very best with the new launch.”
