Process Management International Ltd (PMI), a Performance Improvement consultancy and training firm, has announced the acquisition of Capella Associates Ltd, a Improvement Apprenticeship delivery specialist, from its founder, Kate Smith. The deal was finalised today (30th November 2023) and reinforces PMI’s position as a leading Performance Improvement specialist.
Kate Smith has now taken up a position on the board of PMI and is now a Managing Partner with responsibility for Apprenticeships. Rich Seddon, CEO of PMI, stated: “We are delighted to welcome Capella to the PMI family and thank Kate and the team for coming on this journey with us. This deal has been in the works for 10 months to ensure the compatibility of our businesses and we are pleased with the progress that has been made.
