SHORE the Scottish Seaweed Company has seen success at the Free From Food Awards 2023, winning three coveted prizes. The brand took home gold and bronze for their newly launched Ramen Broth range, as well as silver in the snacking category for their Smoky BBQ Seaweed Chips.
This marks the first award win for SHORE’s Ramens, an innovative new range of plant-based, Asian-inspired Broths. The broths provide an easy-to-cook solution for a restaurant-style ramen experience at home, using sustainably harvested Scottish seaweed to create a naturally umami-rich flavour.
