London, 27 February 2024 – Learnd, a prominent energy management solutions provider for non-residential buildings, has announced the acquisition of BGES Group, a leading BMS and energy solutions company in the UK. This strategic move expands Learnd’s reach and resources in the UK market, positioning the company as the top BMS and energy solutions provider in the country.

BGES Group, headquartered in Sheffield, UK, has a long-standing reputation as a reliable and respected BMS and energy solutions provider. With thousands of customers across the UK, BGES Group’s expertise and services will greatly enhance Learnd’s ability to implement their innovative technology for reducing energy costs and carbon emissions.
