Legacy Youth Zone in Croydon is excited to announce its upcoming Easter-themed Community Day set for Saturday, March 23rd, 2024. This event promises a day filled with egg-citing activities and family-friendly fun for all ages.
The event will take place at Legacy Youth Zone from 12pm to 4pm, and tickets can be purchased for £5 for the year and 50p every visit. Attendees can look forward to a variety of activities and attractions, including a rock climbing wall, an Easter egg hunt, arts and crafts, games and challenges, and delicious food at the Big Love Kitchen.
“We’re thrilled to invite the community to join us for a day of Easter fun,” said Myke Catterall, Chief Operating Officer at Legacy Youth Zone. “This event is a wonderful opportunity for families to come together, enjoy exciting activities, and create lasting memories in a purpose-built space for young people.”
One of the event’s highlights will be the egg-citing Easter egg hunt, where participants can embark on a hunt like no other. Hidden treasures await, and prizes will be awarded to those who can find the most eggs.
Attendees can also unleash their creativity at the arts and crafts corner, where they can decorate eggs and create other Easter-themed crafts. Plus, there will be a lineup of games and challenges for all ages, including classic favorites like catch the egg and egg bowling, as well as adrenaline-pumping activities like a football penalty shootout and roller-skating.
Hungry participants can refuel at the Big Love Kitchen, where a variety of snacks, slushies, and delicious food will be available for just £1.
“We want to provide a fun and safe space for young people to come together and enjoy themselves,” added Catterall. “The Easter Community Day is a perfect opportunity for families to come and experience everything Legacy Youth Zone has to offer.”
