Popular children’s music label Tiny Totz Kidz has introduced a fresh album that aims to support children’s emotional development through mindful music.
Launched in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Week this May, Tiny Moments of Peace – Meditations for Kids is a soothing set of musical tracks created to help young listeners explore mindfulness, relaxation, and emotional regulation.
With a mix of breath-based counting exercises and nature-inspired tunes, the album encourages children to pause, reflect, and gently process their feelings. Its tracks are structured to meet different needs—whether it’s a quick calm-down or a deeper state of rest.
The seven songs allow families and educators to tailor the listening experience to each child’s emotional moment, offering practical tools for mental well-being.

NHS Digital’s 2023 report revealed that 20% of children aged 5 to 16 are now likely to be experiencing a mental health condition, marking a significant increase since 2017.
