Fidelity Energy, a leading energy broker, has announced a new phase of growth with the support of private equity firm Blixt Group. The investment will enable Fidelity Energy to continue its organic growth and pursue strategic acquisitions in the energy sector.
Blixt Group is a pan-European private equity firm with access to over €250 million of committed long-term institutional investor funding. The firm specializes in helping growth-oriented companies build successful businesses, with a particular focus on professional and advisory services.
Fidelity Energy’s growth plan includes investing in their team and core operating platform, strengthening relationships with customers and partners, and expanding their service offering to include a wide range of energy, net zero, and sustainability advisory services. This strategy will be accelerated by strategic acquisitions in the UK and Europe.
The investment will be led by Fidelity Energy’s current CEO John Haw and Sales Director Sean Dixon, who bring decades of experience in the energy broker market. They will be supported by Guil Hastings, who will serve as Chairperson, and Kevan Walsh, who will serve as Non-Executive Director.
